Consistent high quality work is a mantra at PPS. The Company has adopted rigorous internal quality standards designed to ensure a consistently high level of service for clients from all PPS staff and offices. A PPS director has specific responsibility for ensuring these standards are met and maintained and the Company conducts regular client satisfaction surveys to monitor its own performance.

PPS is a member of the Association of Professional Political Consultants (APPC), which regulates the activities of commercial companies that provide political consultancy services.

The APPC has a Code of Practice on Lobbying to which PPS and its staff are required to adhere. This Code sets down basic ethical standards about the way that political and public relations consultants seek to influence the institutions of government on behalf of their clients.
